Cookie policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026. This page explains what we store on your device, why, and how you stay in control.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in much the same way. They help a site remember your choices and work properly.
What we use on this site
CodX Crafters ("we", "us"), the web solutions division of Watchover Management Solutions Pvt Ltd, runs codxcrafters.com. Today the site stores one item that keeps your cookie choice, plus a short-lived security cookie if you use the Start a project form. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run analytics tools at present.
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| wms-consent (browser local storage) | Strictly necessary | Remembers whether you accepted or denied optional cookies, so we do not ask on every page. | 12 months |
| wms_form (cookie) | Strictly necessary | Security cookie that links the code you type in the form's captcha to your submission. It is set only when you start using the Start a project form and holds no personal details. | Session (removed when you close your browser) |
When you send the Start a project form, the expertise, team size and work email you enter are emailed to our team so we can reply with matched profiles.
Cookie categories
- Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Analytics. Would help us understand how visitors use the site. We do not use any today. If we add analytics, it will load only after you accept it.
- Marketing. Would be used to measure or show advertising. We do not use any today. If we add any, it will load only after you accept it.
Third-party content
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details so the fonts can be delivered. This is not a cookie, but it is a connection to a third party. Google describes how it handles this data in its own privacy policy.
If you click an email link on our site, your own email program opens. We do not place cookies through those links.
Your choices
When you first visit, you can accept all, deny all, or choose categories. Your answer is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. You can change your mind at any time:
You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, or set your browser to block them. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop your choice from being remembered.
Changes to this policy
If we add new tools such as analytics or advertising, we will update this page and ask for your consent before they run. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
